Please note Much of our stock are unique items, or in limited supply. We make sure to remove items from the web site as they are sold, but from time to time, an item you order may have been sold by the time we receive your order. Confirmation of receipt of your order is generated automatically, and is not an acknowledgement of in stock status. We will let you know if the item you want is no longer available.		SITE PRICES Featured items listed in our Sales index page are now available to be purchased directly from this site. Secure ordering is hosted by Mal's e-commerce, calculated in Canadian dollars. We list all individual items for sale in CDN $, which is currently on par with the US $. If you find an item that you would like to convert to another currency, click here. The Saturday bid board auction is in Canadian dollars. All bidding and estimating are in Canadian dollars for the bid board auction. Out of country clients paying by credit card will be invoiced in Canadian dollars and their financial institutions will show a home currency amount on their statement.
		Exchange Rates invoicing is in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will calculate exchange at the current rate. We are not responsible for the rate your financial institution charges you for foreign exchange transactions. The Canadian dollar amount at the time of invoicing will prevail. Do not send bank drafts, cheques or money orders until we have confirmed exchange and shipping costs. For your convenience you can print this form and fill in the blanks for any products you are interested in ordering.

		Shipping Charges Must be Added to Your Order Shipping charges are sometimes difficult to estimate. It is a possibility that the weight of your order might make the shipping higher than the prices noted here. We will advise you if this is the case. As is the practice with our web site sales, the shipping charges are in Canadian dollars. Individual stamps and small sets $6.80 to BC, AB, SK and MB $11.00 to the rest of Canada Full sheets and other oversize items $8.20 to Western Canada $12.30 to Eastern Canada Coins Shipping is based on weight. The minimum charge for Xpresspost box is $14.00 to all of Canada, for up to 1.5 kg. Over weight items will be charged appropriately.
